PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A low density office development set amongst the vineyards of Durbanville comprising individual office clusters totaling 25 000m² of office space. The total site area approximates 10Ha. The development was built in a 100 year old vineyard retaining both the essence and the ambience of the original estate.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Capitol Place, Technopark is a prestigious office development of 7 683.2m² (Rentable area) located in Techno Park, Stellenbosch.

The project consists of five individual three-story office blocks with a communal parking basement. The views from each office block over the winelands are spectacular.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Avanti is a landmark building in the Tyger Falls precinct near the Tyger Valley Shopping Centre. The building consists of 9 255m² of retail and office space.

The design and construction of the building was particularly complex due to levels, site constraints and poor founding conditions. The building consists of three basement levels and two blocks of five floors each above. Top quality finishes had been specified and we are proud to be associated with this project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

SwellenMark is a retail centre in Swellendam consisting of 9 250m² of retail space anchored by Checkers. The Shopping Centre was opened six months after construction started. The existing SSK (Suid Sentraal Kooperasie) operations were relocated to a new facility outside of town before construction on this site could commence.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The new Barloworld Toyota dealership in Stellenbosch is a modern, state-of-the-art facility which was developed on the old Eikestad Motors site.

The facility consists of 3 782.9m² of showrooms, offices, workshops, service reception areas, etc. and a number of green initiatives such as rainwater harvesting, washbay water recycling and energy saving measures had been implemented.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Millennia Park comprises the extensive refurbishment of existing offices for Remgro in Stellenbosch to create a high quality office environment which is both functional and environmentally responsible. Millennia Park has achieved a 5-star Green Star SA Office v1 Design rating, and a 5- star Green Star SA Office v1 As-Built rating. Millennia Park is the first refurbishment project to achieve such a rating in South Africa.

House Elam

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

House Elam comprised of an extensive refurbishment to an existing dwelling in the sought after suburb of De Waterkant.

The unique challenges presented by the spatial constraints, coupled with an internationally based client were overcome to produce an eye catching, modern master piece in the heart of Cape Town. Open plan living, heated splash pool and a roof terrace make this an ideal home to live and entertain in. The breathtaking views of the Cape Town foreshore and Table Mountain can be enjoyed while relaxing in this family home.
